Information for Crime Victims

All crime information at Agri-Tech eLearning Institute is disclosed information. Offense information is withheld in the Agri-Tech eLearning Institute database. Data is disclosed for any crime, act of violence, or sex offense of any kind that results in any type of disciplinary proceeding. If the alleged victim is deceased as a result of the crime or offense, the information shall be provided, upon request, to the next of kin of the alleged victim. When Agri-Tech eLearning Institute learns of violations of law or policy on the campus, specified sanctions will be imposed and recurring violations will be treated with appropriate seriousness.
